Add & Manage Inventory

What's in this video: A walkthrough on how to manage and add inventory in Callers IQ.

• Two ways to add — manually add a unit, or use "Add Inventory with Mattis" to auto-pull manufacturer specs
• Manual entry — fill out the standard fields and status filters, add a video URL and options, upload images (browse or drag-and-drop), and hit save before leaving the page
• Adding with Mattis — pick product type, make, year, and model, then check off the features/options that apply to the unit
• Auto-populated content — Mattis pulls in manufacturer images (which you can keep, remove, reorder, or supplement) and can generate AI FAQs, an AI description, and image alt tags based on the model
• Finishing up — name the unit, hit Save Inventory, and update/refresh to see it on the inventory page
