What's in this video: A quick guide to installing the Callers IQ app on your phone (steps are the same for Android and iPhone).
- Install — search "Callers IQ" in your app store, install, and open it
- Permissions — allow camera (for uploading inventory photos), notifications (for incoming emails/leads), and phone calls (if the calling feature is active)
- Log in — sign in with your account
- Turn on notifications — go to Settings → Notifications, switch them all on (they're off by default), make sure the top toggle is green, and hit save
