What's in this video: How to add a new contact in Callers IQ.
- Start a new contact — go to the All Contacts tab and click "Add New Contact"
- Check for duplicates — search first to see if the contact already exists
- Enter details — fill in name, assigned champion, lifecycle stage, source, dealer name, phone, email, and address
- Add extra info — record what boat they currently own, boat of interest, dealership location, boat show status, spouse, trade details, storage, birthday, etc.
- Save & edit — hit "Save New Contact" to create the profile, then find it at the top of All Contacts to edit anytime
